Your leads

Every lead from every source lands in Leads. The tabs show where each one is.

The tabs

  1. New: just arrived. The AI calls within about a minute, inside calling hours.
  2. AI calling: the AI is calling or will try again.
  3. Needs a human: the AI handed this lead to a person (reasons below).
  4. Booked: a visit is in a sales agent’s calendar.
  5. Closed: not interested, asked not to be called, or finished.

Follow-up calls

  1. No answer? The AI tries again over the following days and weeks and leaves voicemails.
  2. It stops after the Calls per lead you set on Services & AI, then the lead moves to Needs a human.
  3. If the homeowner calls the number back, the AI answers and can book.

Open a lead

  1. Click a lead to see every call, the AI’s summary and the next step.
  2. Owners and managers can change a lead’s status. Sales agents only see their booked leads.

Why a lead needs a person

  1. Out of AI attempts: it never answered.
  2. Declined or Wants to think about it.
  3. Asked for a person.
  4. Outside service area: no agent covers the address.
  5. No openings in 2 weeks: every matching agent is fully booked.
  6. No matching agent: the service wording matched none of yours.
  7. Not live yet: your AI isn’t switched on yet.

Owners, managers and call-center logins get an email every 15 minutes when new leads land here. How to work the queue.
