Working Needs a human

The AI calls every lead first. When it can’t finish one, the lead moves to Needs a human and stops being called by the AI. Your job is to call those leads and record what happened.

Why a lead is there

  1. Out of AI attempts: the AI called many times with no answer.
  2. Wants to think about it or Declined: they talked to the AI but didn’t book.
  3. Asked for a person: they wanted to talk to someone.
  4. Outside service area or No matching agent: no sales agent covers that ZIP or that kind of job. Check with the owner before booking.
  5. Not live yet: the lead came in before the company was switched on. Call it like any other.

Call and record what happened

  1. Call now lists leads to call today, oldest first. Read the AI’s summary, then tap the phone number.
  2. Then pick one: Booked, Call back on… (pick a date), No answer, or Not interested.
  3. Call-backs move to Call back later and come back to Call now on that date.

Book a visit

  1. Tap Booked. The best sales agent for the job is picked first: does the service, covers the ZIP.
  2. Tap one of their open times, or type a date and time.
  3. A time that clashes with another visit (including travel time) is refused. Pick another time or agent.
  4. The homeowner and the agent get the usual confirmation emails.

Emails you get

When new leads land in Needs a human, you get one email listing them, at most every 15 minutes. You can change your password from Account.
