Connect your lead sources

Find your address

1. In your dashboard, open Lead sources.
2. Each source shows its forwarding address (it ends in @leads.hellosetter.com) with a Copy button.
3. Don’t see your source? Email us and we’ll add it.

Angi and HomeAdvisor

Angi emails you every new lead. Forward those emails to your HelloSetter address.

1. Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address → paste the HelloSetter address. Then create a filter for emails from angi.com and homeadvisor.com → Forward it to the HelloSetter address.
2. Outlook / Microsoft 365: Outlook on the web → Settings → Mail → Rules → Add new rule: sender includes angi.com → Forward to the HelloSetter address.
3. Forwarding blocked by your email provider? Instead, add the HelloSetter address as a team member in Angi: office.angi.com → My business → Manage team → Add team member, role Associate. We finish the setup.
4. Wait for the next Angi lead and check that it shows up in Leads.

Gmail asks the HelloSetter address to confirm the forwarding with a code. We receive that code and confirm it for you, usually within a few minutes.

Thumbtack and Porch

Same as Angi: forward the new-lead emails to that source’s HelloSetter address, with a filter on the sender (thumbtack.com or porch.com).

Your website form

1. On the Website form source, copy the form link and put it behind your “Get a quote” button, or copy the embed code and paste it into your site.
2. Already have a form? Forward its notification emails to the website source’s address, or ask us to connect it directly.

Facebook lead ads and others

Facebook lead ads, Zapier, Make and other tools connect through a web link we set up with you. Email us and we’ll connect them on a short call.

Check it works

1. Each source on Lead sources shows when its last lead arrived.
2. If a source that used to send leads goes quiet for 7 days, we email you so you can check the forwarding.
3. A lead the AI couldn’t read (no phone number, for example) is listed under the source so nothing is lost.
