Export your leads as a CSV file

Call old leads takes a CSV export from any tool, as it comes. Find your tool below. Only the phone column is required.

What the file needs

  1. A .csv file with a header row. Up to 5,000 people and 5 MB per upload.
  2. A phone column (Phone, Mobile, Cell…). Column names don’t need to match anything: we read them automatically.
  3. Name, address, ZIP, service and the date they asked are useful but optional. If the name, ZIP or service is missing, your AI asks for it on the call.
  4. Got a Status column (Sold, Lost…)? You pick which statuses to skip, so nobody who already bought gets a call.

Making a list by hand? Download the template and fill it in.

Jobber

  1. Open Clients in the side menu.
  2. Top right: More Actions → Export Clients.
  3. Choose CSV. Jobber emails you the file.

Only Jobber admins can export clients, and exporting is on select Jobber plans. Each CSV holds up to 1,500 clients, so a bigger list arrives as several files: upload them one at a time.

Housecall Pro

  1. Open Customers in the left menu.
  2. Click Actions → Export.
  3. Confirm your email and click Send file. The CSV arrives from notifications@housecallpro.com.

Only Housecall Pro admins can export the customer list. No email within an hour? Check your spam folder.

ServiceTitan

  1. Click Search in the top toolbar and pick Customers from the dropdown. Leave the filters off to get every customer.
  2. Open the export menu (the expand icon) and choose Export to CSV (.csv) if you see it, or Export to Excel (*.xlsx).
  3. Got an Excel file? Open it and save it as CSV (see Excel below).

If the export is greyed out or fails, ask your ServiceTitan administrator for export permission.

HubSpot

  1. Go to CRM → Contacts and open the All contacts view (or the view you want to call).
  2. Click Export at the top right of the table.
  3. Set File format to CSV and click Export. HubSpot emails you a download link.

A CSV over 2 MB comes zipped. Unzip it, then upload the .csv inside.

GoHighLevel

  1. Open Contacts → Smart Lists. Tick the box by the filters and choose Select All Contacts.
  2. Click More → Export (or the three dots next to + Add Contact), then Export again.
  3. When it’s done, go to Contacts → Bulk Actions and click Download on the finished Export row.

The file only has the columns shown in your contacts table. If Phone is hidden, add it with Manage Fields first. Only admins can download exports.

Google Sheets

  1. Open the spreadsheet and click the tab with your leads.
  2. File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv).

Only the tab you have open is downloaded. Leads on several tabs? Download each one.

Excel

  1. Open the workbook and click the sheet with your leads.
  2. File → Save As (or Save a Copy).
  3. Pick CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv) as the file type and save.

Only the open sheet is saved. Excel on the web can’t save a CSV: choose Editing → Open in Desktop App, or open the file in Google Sheets instead.

Another tool

Most CRMs have an Export or Download CSV button on their customer or lead list, or in Reports. Export the list with the phone column and upload it as it is.
